Praline bacon is an amazingly delicious and decadent treat- bacon is baked with brown sugar, maple syrup, and almonds to make a sweet, salty, and smoky dish.
Place 10 slices of bacon on the rack and bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until fat is rendered off and bacon is almost cooked.
Brush bacon with maple syrup (2 tablespoons), and sprinkle brown sugar (1/2 cup) and almonds (1/4 cup) evenly on top.
Continue baking for another 10-15 minutes, until sugar is melted.
Remove and allow to cool partially before eating.
