This chorizo avocado toast is seasoned with fresh lime juice, garlic, and cilantro, with smoky chorizo sausage placed on top. It's good for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and only takes TEN MINUTES to make!

Instructions
Cook the chorizo in a skillet until browned and fully cooked.
Meanwhile, toast the bread in a toaster.
As soon as the bread comes out of the toaster while it's still warm, drizzle each with an equal portion of the olive oil and rub the cut side of the garlic onto each oiled piece.
Using a fork, mash 1/4 of the avocado on top of each piece of toast.
Top the avocado with a squeeze of lime juice, salt, pepper, and fresh cilantro.
Distribute the cooked chorizo evenly on top of the avocado toasts.
Serve with extra cilantro and lime wedges, if desired.
