Cooking for One
If you're cooking for one and looking for easy recipes made in small batch for one person, check out these easy-to-scale recipes. While my recipes are usually written with 4-6 people in mind, these are very easy to scale down for one person.
Some are intuitive, such as naan pizza (just make one pizza instead of two!) or mini meatloaves (make a bunch and stick all but one in your freezer for another time!). You can also easily scale the ingredients by hovering over the servings in the recipe card and adjusting the slider to represent the amount of servings you'd like to make. Some rounding up or down may be necessary, but this should be easy to get you started!
