Whole30 and Paleo Recipes
In January 2016, I did a Whole30 challenge, and continued eating mostly Paleo recipes for a few months after. I felt GREAT while I was doing it- I had more energy, my mood was elevated, I slept better, and I felt about 5 years younger.
And while I'm NOT a doctor and don't have scientific proof to back this up, I do anecdotally credit this diet for me being able to get pregnant with my first child, Zoey. After a year of trying (and finding out I had PCOS), I started the Whole30 and eating Paleo, and poof! I was pregnant!
So whether you're looking for something like Mayo-Free Fiesta Chicken Salad, which is easy to make in bulk all week for Whole30 meal planning, a complete dinner like this Slow Cooker Greek-Style Green Beans and Chicken Thighs, or a Whole30-compliant sweet treat like these Chocolate Coconut Energy Balls, please browse these recipes to help you plan out your Whole30 or Paleo meals.
And one more thing- the only big difference between Paleo and Whole30 compliant recipes is that Paleo allows for natural sweeteners, like honey and maple syrup, whereas the Whole30 does not. These recipes may or may not contain these natural sweeteners, but if you are doing the Whole30, you can simply omit them or find another recipe.
